Enjoy 8,825 SQ FT (6,720 SQ FT inside and 2,105SQ FT decks) of endless, luxury activities. Breathtaking view through the towering 90-foot pine trees over the pond. It's the perfect setting to enjoy with your closest friends and family.

There are 2 bunk rooms. one hosts 6 women, one hosts 9. the 6 person room has 6 queens (bunk style) no bed sharing. the 9 person room has 9 queens (bunk style) - no bed sharing. EACH BUNK ROOM HAS IT'S OWN BATHROOM.

We want you to feel completely confident before you reserve your spot. Here's everything you need to know.
How do payments work?
Tickets this year must be PAID IN FULL at the time of Registration due to the limitations of the ticket purchasing website.
Are registrations refundable?
Registrations are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferable — meaning if your plans change, you may transfer your reservation to another attendee. Simply reach out and we'll help facilitate the transfer.
Can I choose my roommate?
Yes! If you have someone in mind to share your suite with, you're welcome to coordinate and reserve together. If you're coming solo and would like to be matched with a roommate, we'll do our best to connect you with a great fit.
What meals are included?
Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner are all included in your registration. Breakfast and snacks will be provided by guests by way of a SignUp Genius. Thursday dinner is on your own.
What should I bring?
Comfortable, casual clothing — think cozy layers and good walking shoes. A journal, your laptop or tablet for workshops, an open mind, and your favorite things gift (details shared closer to the event). Everything else will be waiting for you at The Play Haus.
The Cabin is SOLD OUT - what now?
If the cabin sells out, you may still attend for a $50 retreat fee and you can stay offsite at any number of neighboring cabins or hotels in Broken Bow/Hochatown. Please contact Kim at 469-667-8225 or [email protected] for offsite registration.
